BOOK SYNOPSIS

Switchers is the introduction of a major fantasy writer of astounding originality.

Tess is a switcher—she can take on the form of any animal she chooses. But she must be alone, as is true of all Switchers. Soon she realizes that Kevin is also a Switcher who has been summoned to save the Northern Hemisphere from being destroyed. And Kevin needs Tess's help to do it.

My Thoughts

For those of us who enjoy fantasy, as well as the utterly impossible!

This is a perfect read to simply enjoy as it is not only geared toward thinking outside the box it has a style that have not encountered in many books labeled Young Adult as there is no teenage drama-no love triangles-no insta love or any other tried and true hallmarks found in most books of the genre.

I was not quite sure what to expect but this was a pleasantly surprising different take on shape shifting that had it’s own unique rules, the biggest one of all comes later in the story but when you read it like me you will sigh and wish such a thing were possible for real.

This is an easy and fairly quick read, one you may or may not find compelling enough to carry on with the Switchers trilogy but like myself one you will probably not regret enjoying.
