Earlier in October I had the pleasure of reading the e-book prequel to the Otherkin Trilogy called "Sin's Daughter and it absolutely reeled me into the series... This first full length book in the three that have released so far was as big of a treat if not more!Roxy Tam was in the wrong place at the right time when Dagan Krayl showed up to collect a dark soul for his father Sutekh, the Lord Of Chaos in the Underworld. This one chance meeting has never been forgotten by either one in the 11 years since... Roxy has grown from a 19 year old girl into a very strong and capable woman, one of the Asetian Guard who are immortal enemies of Sutekh and his son's by default.. This creates a dilemma for both Roxy and Dagan who are powerfully drawn to each other and in the intervening years that they have been apart have created a connection through their shared erotic dreams...They are bound together by a common goal in finding out who killed the youngest son of Sutekh, Lokan. However, they do not have the same goal to bring him back to life!This very meticulously crafted world combines Egyptian Mythology with a great Paranormal Romance in which the main male and female characters are perfectly matched by the author as both are strong individuals who have overcome their harsh upbringings and emerged with a deep sense of self....In reading this book I was very intrigued by the relationship first and foremost that the author created with the sons of Sutekh, the brothers were raised apart but as adults brought together and the four bonded ready to defend each other against any foe! It was a side story that brought warmth into this very dark and sometimes brutal tale..The plot line unfolds slowly at first but once the all the players in the story are revealed it goes full steam ahead with lots of interesting and intense action, erotically steamy scenes with Dagan and Roxy and a cliff hanger ending that will leave readers mouths hanging open with disbelief and wanting to run out and get the next 2 books that have been released in the series "Sin's Of The Soul" and Sin's Of The Flesh!
