My heart just broke for over half the book and the other half was beating hard from the action, not least of which were the sexy scenes with Carrow and Malkom! Kresley Cole knows how to write "hot"!I have a deep and abiding fascination with this entire series and each book cements my love for the characters so wonderfully crafted by the author! Kresley Cole has outdone herself with Malkom and Carrow, it took 1 day to devour this book and there are not enough words to do it justice... I found these two to be a hot couple, who have now cemented their place in my heart. With all the trials that both Malkom and Carrow have to go through before they finally get to their HEA this book takes you through an entire gamut of emotions and will wring you dry right up to the last page! I have to say wholeheartedly that the more I read about the world of the Lore and all the different species that inhabit it alongside the humans the more I want to read the next story and the next and the next! For those of us who are longtime fans the IAD series is a wonderful exciting and always full of twists and turns reading experience and we highly suggest for those who are not fans that you run out and get the books!
