I am now totally in awe of the power of what love between friends can accomplish... In this book the saddest event happens to Jenks and thanks to Rachel and the bond the two have forged he makes his way through it.. Rachel is as usual in so much trouble during Black Magic Sanction that the action is non-stop and very exciting throughout... Once again her ever so devious and always out for himself ex Nick is in the picture causing Rachel even more trouble and yet at the same time saving her from the coven that shunned her and now wishes to see her neutered so she cannot pass her demon tainted blood on to any children... Al is a big part of the story and have to say I am starting to really enjoy his character more than ever, his participation not only adds some punch to the plot but some comic relief as well!I can truly also say that because of certain scenes explained from Rachel and Trent's past my feeling for his character have somewhat softened, however he is still scary and hopefully Rachel will keep her distance as a friendly adversary...Pierce plays the biggest role thus far in the series, not to spoil the story but he finally steps up to the plate and takes one for the team in ways that will make any fans heart go pitter patter right along with Rachel's!For more you will just have to read the book yourself!Front start to finish I was trying to make the book last and took 3 days to read it so as to savor the experience... I did not want to leave The Hollows and return to reality!If you are a fan and have not made it this far in the series, what are you waiting for? After all the next book Pale Demon releases soon and it promises to be even more fun than this one!For those who have not read The Hollows series you are missing out on some of the best adventures with witches, pixies, vampires, elves and demons ever penned... Cincinnati will never be thought of in the same way again by those who read these books!
