Housewife Blues and Chihuahua Stories

Totally without a doubt for me the best read of 2011!I started Skin Heat late Saturday afternoon and stayed up until 1 am to finish because this story and these characters were so absolutely delicious that there was no way I could go to bed without finishing the book!Ava Gray started the series with book 1 Skin Game she continued the premise with another stand alone story that showcased two characters from the previous book... Now in book 3 Skin Heat we are given the compelling story of Zeke Noble who was introduced at the end of book #2...This book is unlike the first two in the fact it does not have the jam packed action scenes like them, however the romance in this story is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to read bar none! If you read book 3 without reading the first two you will probably love it as much as I did, if you read it after you might be a bit confused as it does not follow the same formula exactly but in my honest opinion it does not need to!Ava Gray who is the AKA of author Ann Aguirre is very talented and in each of the series that she writes under these two names there is something fresh and exciting for readers who love paranormal romance, mystery suspense thrillers, sci-fi and most of all just plain good story telling ability!I have so far enjoyed both the works written under both author personas Corine Solomon series and the Skin series and have the other two Ann Aguirre series books the Sirantha Jax series and the new Razorland series book Enclave on my To Be Read Shelf....
